App: Zula Live — Group Voice Chat
Zula Live is committed to protecting minors and keeping our community safe. We have a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM), in line with Google Play's Child Safety Standards and applicable law.
Zula Live is intended only for users aged 18 and over. Accounts found to belong to a minor are removed immediately.
Any content or behaviour that sexualises, exploits, or endangers a minor is strictly forbidden — including CSAM, grooming, solicitation, or inappropriate contact. Violations result in immediate account termination, evidence preservation, and reporting to the relevant authorities (such as NCMEC) where required by law.
Users can report any content or user directly within the app, or email support@zulalive.com. We review all reports promptly and take action on violations.
We combine user reporting with active moderation to detect and remove violating content, suspend or ban offending accounts, and cooperate with law-enforcement investigations.
