App: Zula Live — Group Voice Chat
By accessing or using Zula Live ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
You must be at least 18 years old to register an account and use Zula Live. By creating an account you represent that you meet this age requirement and that you will provide accurate information during registration.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Users may not post, stream, or transmit content that is unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit, or infringes on third-party rights. Zula Live has a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behaviour, and reserves the right to remove any content and suspend any account at its sole discretion without prior notice. Users can report content or block other users from within the app.
Zula Live offers virtual items (Coins, Diamonds, Gifts) that are purchased with real money and delivered to your account immediately upon payment. Because delivery is instant and the item is consumed on delivery, all sales are final: purchased virtual items are non-refundable, non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except where a refund is required by mandatory applicable law.
By completing a purchase you expressly request immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that, once delivery has begun, you lose any statutory right of withdrawal or cancellation to the extent permitted by law. Virtual items are a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use a feature of the service; they have no real-world monetary value, are not your property, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Any refund request made after the store's own purchase window is handled at Zula Live's sole discretion. If a payment is reversed, charged back or disputed with the payment provider or card issuer after the items have been delivered, Zula Live may suspend or terminate the account and remove the corresponding virtual items and any balance derived from them.
A refund is granted only in the following cases, and only after verification: (a) payment was completed but the virtual items were never credited to your account and cannot be re-issued because of a system or payment-channel failure; (b) a major malfunction or the discontinuation of the service makes the purchased items permanently unusable; (c) a refund is required by mandatory applicable law. A duplicate charge caused by a technical fault is corrected as an error correction and is not a refund under this section.
To apply, write to support@zula.live with the store order number (for example GPA.xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx), your account ID, the amount, the reason and any supporting documents. Every application is reviewed; if it is approved the refund is issued through the original payment channel and the arrival time depends on that channel. If an application is rejected we will tell you why. Raising a dispute with your bank or card issuer instead of using this process is handled as described above.
All platform content, branding, and software are the property of Zula Live and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Users retain ownership of their original content but grant Zula Live a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute that content on the platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zula Live shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Zula Live in the twelve months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Zula Live is incorporated. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.
